Home and work place cleansings are designed to rid the space you occupy of negativity. Negativity can adversely affect you in many ways such as mood, minor ailments and stress. A home or workspace cleansing is acheived by the use of burning herbs or other plants. The most common plant used in this form of cleansing is sage, but sweet grass and chamomile can also be used.
